Voltwise Technologies Shipping Policy

At Voltwise Technologies, we aim to deliver your solar and electrical products securely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our process.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 6 PM within Nairobi.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1 day for areas outside Nairobi.
• Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 hours for urgent orders within Nairobi.

2. Shipping Costs

We have the following shipping costs:

• Flat Rate: KES 200 for deliveries within Nairobi’s CBD and nearby areas.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders that meet a certain value, displayed at checkout.
• Additional Charges: Apply for deliveries to remote or inaccessible areas.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver locally across Kenya using trusted courier services such as G4S, DHL, EMS, TNT, FedEx, Express Messengers, and local riders. International clients are responsible for their own shipping arrangements.

4. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 6 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day, except in special urgent cases.

6. Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return items should be sent to:

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If Voltwise Technologies arranged the delivery, we will compensate you for any lost or damaged goods. If the customer arranged their own shipping, we will not be held responsible for any issues that arise.

8. Insurance

Upon request, we can provide delivery insurance for an additional fee. Insurance is not included as standard.
